The excellent Customer Service received by Mr Scott when we first arrived and throughout our stay. Also I encountered a Ms Connie, she was Awesome in making sure me and my family member needs were addressed for my elderly 81 year old aunt. I am happy that God placed them in our life when he did. These two were Angels sent by God. Thanks for making our visit a memorable one. Please continue doing what you do to make a difference. Bless each of you and other staff ❤️! Ms. Tracy & Family.

This is just a shout out to the excellence of the lady desk clerk. She said she normally works days, but someone needed off. When we arrived, she had been vacuuming and later when we went to the pool, she had come outside with a broom and dustpan, while making her rounds, she was sweeping up cigarette butts. I have never seen a desk clerk do that before. Such dedication to her job, she needs a raise!!!

The check-in process was very nice considering we had such a late one coming in. They staff was very friendly and helped us understand the necessary details. The room was also very comfortable and clean!

Front Desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. Asked if we would prefer to have a lower level room close to the end of building to help with shorter walk from car to room to help my 84 year old Mom and help me with unloading and loading our bags we needed. Was excellent choice and really help us both instead of second floor room we were booked in when reservations were made.

It was near where we needed to be. There’s also a walkable Walmart nearby. Breakfast was good with egg omelette and boiled egg. Overall very satisfied.
